We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with 10+ years of expertise in driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role requires a strategic leader who can oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with laws and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive performance management processes, employee engagement programs, and leadership development.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee HR systems and technology to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members to build strong functional expertise within the department.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and compensation.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with HR systems/HRIS and strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner while also managing day-to-day HR operations
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) preferred.
