With more than two decades of leadership experience across SaaS, defense, tech-enabled services, and high-growth product companies, Greggory brings a unique blend of operational discipline and revenue acceleration expertise to Seanergy.ai’s executive team.

Greggory Markham has led and scaled high-performance teams of up to 1,800 people and overseen budgets exceeding $100 million. Prior to joining Seanergy.ai, he served as CEO of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, where he drove a 23% increase in recurring revenue over 17 months, reduced churn by 26%, and successfully expanded into five new markets.

He was also brought in to restore profitability and stabilize operations at organizations such as Ikon Technologies and MarketPlace Chaplains, following a highly successful tenure as VP of Operations at MediaRadar. There, he achieved a 43% reduction in operational costs, record-setting gross margins, and played a key role in a successful private equity exit.

With a track record spanning SaaS, telematics, nonprofit, technology, and upstream oil & gas sectors, Greggory has consistently led business transformations marked by 10x revenue growth, operational modernization, and resilient systems built to scale.

His core strengths include:

A U.S. Navy veteran, nuclear submarine officer, and former Director of Information Management for NATO, Greggory combines military precision with business agility. He holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.

He is based in Dallas and will be working closely with our teams across North America, Canada, and India to accelerate growth and deepen client success.
