In his role as CSO, Phanii will lead Seanergy.ai’s strategic direction, helping shape its innovation agenda and expanding its portfolio of data- and AI-powered solutions. His focus will be on delivering transformational value by not only addressing complex client challenges but also identifying new opportunities for sustainable growth and measurable business impact.
About Phanii Pydimarri
Phanii has held executive leadership positions at globally respected organizations. Most recently, he served as Head of Data & AI Strategy and Partnerships at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), where he led enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives to align with growth strategy and improve customer outcomes. Prior to that, he was Head of AI & Advanced Analytics Products at Stanley Black & Decker, leading enterprise AI product commercialization and scaling innovation. He also served as Chief Analytics Officer at Bose Corporation, where he designed and led the company’s global data and analytics transformation.
Phanii is widely recognized for his leadership in responsible AI adoption, data monetization, and enterprise strategy. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of North Texas College of Information, the Product Advisory Board at Modal, and the Editorial Board of Chief Data Officer Magazine. He has been honored as a Top 100 AI Leader and Top 50 Data & Analytics Professional, reflecting his influence across the broader technology and analytics community.
He holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
